Core Values

Stateless-led

  • We center those directly impacted by statelessness as experts of their own experience and leaders in the organization.

Bold Inclusion

  • We embrace bold inclusivity over the racism, religious discrimination, xenophobia, prejudice, and gender inequality that divide humanity and perpetuate statelessness.

Family

  • We celebrate our growing family, that always has room for one more, and hold space for one another with respect, patience, and care.

Joyful Resilience

  • We persist with optimism and joy, recognizing obstacles as opportunities for creativity, collaboration, and growth.

UNCC has been providing high quality home care services  since 2019.

We are committed to genuinely helping people through exceptional care services, all built around each person’s individual needs. As a registered NDIS  provider, we do all we can to ensure our clients get the most from their government funding. Our  in home care is all about making sure people receive the care they truly need.

Our home Care Mission

UNCC is committed to providing high quality care that always puts the client first. Care should be shaped around individuals, putting their preferences at the centre of all the services that support them. This approach shapes everything we do, from the planning stage down to the practical tasks we do for our clients each day.

What does this mean?

We treat our clients as individuals – we respect their values and expressed wishes.
We collaborate – our clients take an active role in their care.
We communicate and listen – the best care happens when everyone is on the same page.
We are sensitive to cultural and family needs – we support people from many different backgrounds.
We value our client’s independence – we focus on what people can do for themselves, and empower them to live as independently as possible.
We value dignity, comfort and safety – we aren’t just concerned about what we do; we also care about how we do it.
We take a holistic approach to care – we work with clients to deliver a plan that truly cares for every aspect of their being.
